2. Bank Offer or Path - If You Need Finance...

3. Finance Conditional Approval
The Biggest Bridge to cross in the Property is the Finance. Will start with Your a Credit File Check once you are happy with the finance offer. Then move on to documents required by the broker, the faster you get the documents to the broker the closer you get to finance approval.
4. Property Selection
Property Packages which include Floor plan, Facade Design, Location, Inclusions, Warranties, Local Infrastructure and Price will be presented for Your selection once we are closer to finance approval. It is OK to change your mind on Location or Build specs to suit your budget as we go, this is normal and getting into the market faster has major benefits.
